On Saturday morning, July 18th, Democratic Candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia Jody Wagner spoke in Rocky Mount at a breakfast held by the Franklin County Democratic Party. Mrs. Wagner has served as the Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Virginia and has served as Secretary of Finance under Governor Kaine. She and her husband live in Virginia Beach. They have 4 children with ages ranging from 27 to 17.
